Words On Dance Live with Pascal Molat and Carey Perloff

Coming Up Nov. 16th in San Francisco

Join Words On Dance—on November 16, 2015—with honorary hosts Anna and Yuri Possokhov in San Francisco, CA.

This special event will feature San Francisco Ballet Principal Dancer, Pascal Molat, onstage in conversation with ACT Artistic Director, Carey Perloff highlighting Molat’s early career as well as his tenure at the Paris Opera Ballet and San Francisco Ballet.

The evening will also include a film premiere, featuring Pascal Molat, by acclaimed dance filmmaker Kate Duhamel of Fountain 3 Films.

6pm – Lobby of Strand Theater (VIP pre-program wine reception in the Strand Lobby, with film screening directed by Kate Duhamel)

7:30pm –  Theater Program

  • Premiere Screening: From TriBeCa Film Festival, “Early Sunday Morning”
    Justin Peck choreography, and Words On Dance filmed conversation with Justin Peck.
  • Premiere Screening: Rita Moreno and Christopher Wheeldon
    Clips of Wheeldon choreography, including Tony Award winning Broadway show
    “An American in Paris”
  • Words on Dance Live: Carey Perloff onstage with Pascal Molat,
    conversation and film clips
